Eric Damer

Eric Damer is a researcher, writer and historian, as well as a Museum Interpreter at the Burnaby Village Museum. His publications include UBC: The First 100 Years and Transformations: A History of UBC Continuing Studies. Eric was the principal researcher for our new exhibit On the Air: Live from the Burnaby Village Museum

Dennis Duffy

Dennis Duffy has been involved with the BC Archives' audio-visual collections since 1978. After working under contract for several years as a writer, editor, researcher, and archival consultant, he joined the staff as an archivist in 1998. His publications for the Provincial Archives include Imagine Please: Early Radio Broadcasting in British Columbia

Allen Seager

Allen Seager is Associate Professor of History at Simon Fraser University. His research interests include Canadian labour and working class history. His many publications include Working Lives: Vancouver, 1886-1986 and Canada 1922-1939

Henry Ewert

Henry is the author of four books on local transportation history:The Story of the B.C. Electric Railway Company; Victoria's Streetcar Era; The Perfect Little Streetcar System: North Vancouver; and Vancouver's Glory Years. A long-time enthusiast of transit, Henry Ewert has amassed a major collection of railway memorabilia and historic photographs. He is a member of several historical and cultural organizations including the West Coast Railway Association, The Fraser Valley Railway Heritage Society and the Transit Museum Society.  

Terry Rea

Terry Rea, formerly of Trev Deeley Motorcycles, is a founding member of the Greater Vancouver Motorsport Pioneers Society. He was an early hot-rodder, and joined the BC Custom Car Association in the mid-fifties. At the time Terry owned and drag-raced a 1934 Ford coupe at Abbotsford Air-port. Terry was also a member of the Dragons, of Burnaby, and the BC Hot Rod Association, which he joined in 1957. 

Ron J. Gorman

Ron J. Gorman is the Coordinator of the Artisan Farmers Markets with locations in Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. He is the owner of the local, family business, Wild Wild West Seafoods, and has a special interest in sustainability and food industry best practices
