Available spaces
The Church
A perfect venue for an intimate wedding, memorial service or baptism. The Church features hardwood floors, an upright piano, traditional stained-glass windows and 14 authentic wooden pews.
- Capacity: 84 guests
- Rental fees: $743.78 (includes one staff liaison).
During public hours, your guests are welcome to tour the site. Please note, during special event weekends, the Village site may be altered or additional programming may take place within the vicinity of the Church.
Discovery Room
Perfect for a variety of events, this space is equipped with a warming kitchen.

The Carousel
Host an unforgettable event at the Burnaby Village Museum C.W. Parker Carousel. The Carousel Activity Room is perfect for an intimate reception or party space or take advantage of both the indoor and outdoor space to host a large scale event while your guests enjoy the wonders of the Carousel.

- 250 guests (entire Carousel Pavilion)
- 50-90 guests (Carousel Activity Room)
- Available rental times: Minimum 4-hour rental, available outside opening hours.
- Rental fees: Pricing starts at $2,234.96
Outdoor Pavilion
This party space is covered under two 20x20 white tents, and includes tables and chairs. Perfect for small gatherings during our Summer season.
- Capacity: 30-60 guests
- Available rental times: 11 am-1:30 pm or 1:30-4 pm
- Please allocate 15 minutes for teardown, before rental space ends. Early access is unavailable.
- Rental fees: $130 for 30 guests, $260 for 60 guests
Refrigerators or power are not available. Performers are not allowed, this includes actors dressed as characters, musicians, magicians, jugglers, clowns, etc.
Meadow Plaza
A scenic outdoor space perfect for any kind of event from weddings to corporate gatherings.
- Capacity: 500 guests
- Rental fees: Starting at $1834.80 for 6 hours. Please inquire about more details and restrictions.
Full Site Rental
Full Burnaby Village Museum site rental includes the use of most exhibits, including the 1912 CW Parker Carousel. Staffing at exhibits are provided for an additional cost. For pricing please email bvm@burnaby.ca.
Pricing is subject to change. Commercial and Community Group pricing available.
Commercial general liability insurance is required to rent any City facility. Please check with the facility for specific requirements. Music licensing fee may apply for rentals with a daily fee of $31.31.
Prices do not include access to the Carousel. There will be no refunds if the Carousel is not operational during your booking due to repairs or maintenance issues.
